Arrangements Underway for Purchase of Assets of Bankrupt LIAT (1974) by LIAT (2020) Limited, Says Antigua and Barbuda Government
The Antigua and Barbuda government is negotiating arrangements with LIAT (2020) Limited and LIAT (1974) regarding the purchase of assets, while other states are pursuing the establishment of a competing airline. The government is prepared to invest $15-20 million in the new venture, which will have six planes and an air operating certificate already secured.
