Police have identified the 27th homicide victim as Carlos Rommell Bismark Howell, 48, of Glenburnie, St John.
Howell was involved in a chopping altercation Wednesday around 2:40 p.m. in Little Diamond, St Elizabeth, St Joseph. He later succumbed to his injuries while another was injured.
