A man accused of having sex with a woman who suffers from a mental and physical disability, and who is incapable of consenting to the act, has been remanded to Dodds Prison.
Junior Omar Simpson, 39, of Kendal Hill, Christ Church, appeared in the Oistins’ Magistrates’ Court yesterday before Magistrate Gayl Scott. He was not required to plead to the indictable matter which allegedly occurred on June 13.
The general worker returns to court on July 14.
