St. Lucian Man Receives Prison Sentence for Indecent Exposure and Assault Case

Justin Harvey Travis Felicien went missing from the court for about two years.
When he did turn up, it was because he was brought in on charges relating to masturbating near a school and beating a woman with a stick.
Officials will, however, know where he is for the next 16 months after he was given that time in prison by the District “A” Traffic Court yesterday.
Felicien, a 31-year-old St Lucian, of Princess Royal Avenue, The Pine, St Michael, pleaded guilty to wilfully, openly, lewdly or obscenely exposing his person on Brittons Cross Road, on June 17.
