A JURY HAS SET FREE a then-20-year-old man who denied having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl more than a decade ago.
The St Michael man had been charged with committing the offence on December 26, 2010, but last week Monday the jury unanimously returned a not-guilty verdict in Supreme Court No. 4A where Justice Wanda Blair presided. (SD)
