34-year-old Livardo Rogélio Hinds remanded to prison on drug and firearm charges. Accused of unlawful possession of firearm, ammunition, and cannabis worth $10,000. Represented by attorney Shadia Simpson.
A 34-year-old man was remanded to prison on drug and firearm-related charges.
Livardo Rogélio Hinds, of Glendairy Road, Bridge Road, St Michael appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court before Magistrate Alison Burke on Thursday and was remanded until August 8 in connection with the indicatable charges.
He is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm without a valid licence, unlawful possession of 26 rounds of ammunition without a valid permit and possession, trafficking and supply of 1 133.98 grammes or approximately $10 000 worth of cannabis on July 6.
Hinds was represented by attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson.
