Remy Rock and Jerry Husbands were remanded to Dodds Prison after appearing before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes on Tuesday morning.
Rock of Small Land, Bridge Gap, Black Rock, St Michael; and Husbands of 1st Avenue Goddings Road, Station Hill, St Michael, were jointly charged with rape of a minor.
Husbands also faces a separate charge of defilement.
They were remanded to Dodds until April 14.
