Adrian Macdonald Lewis denies wounding charges and is released on bail after pleading not guilty in court. The case is adjourned until May 2, 2024.
Adrian Macdonald Lewis is now on bail after denying wounding charges.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, the 52-year-old self-employed man of Bellevue Road, Waterford, St Michael, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully and maliciously wounding Erica Trotman on December 18, 2023.
He was released on $4 000 bail with a surety and told to stay away from the virtual complainant, including via social media.
The matter was adjourned until May 2, 2024.
