THE VICTIM had a heart condition, had undergone recent surgery and was 70 years old when she was raped.
Those were some of the aggravating factors that Senior State Counsel Joyann Catwell raised in her sentencing submissions before Justice Wanda Blair in the No. 4A Supreme Court on Monday, in the case against Oliver Chesterfield Fields.
The prosecutor has asked the court to consider a starting point of 16 years. (SD)
