Two St Michael Men to Appear in Court for Murder of Mitchell Nicholls and Arson Incident

Two St Michael men, Victor Martin Hoyte and Devere Elon Tony Gittens, are to appear in court for the murder of Mitchell Nicholls and arson of a car belonging to Nicholls Bakery Inc.
Two St Michael men accused of the murder of Mitchell Nicholls are scheduled to appear before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court this morning.
They are Victor Martin Hoyte, 20, of Exchange Hill, St Michael and Devere Elon Tony Gittens, 26, of 2nd Avenue Bibby’s Lane St Michael.
They have been charged with the murder of Nicholls between December 23 and 25, 2023 and the arson of a car belonging to Nicholls Bakery Inc on December 24, 2023.
