When a police photographer went to Walkers, St Andrew, on August 24, 2019, among the things he saw were the remains of a man in a shallow grave.
That was the testimony of Sergeant Richard Bailey when the murder trial of Kevin Andrew Haynes continued in Supreme Court No. 5A on Wednesday. Bailey was one of two police photographers, a resident and the mother of the deceased who gave evidence.
Haynes, of Jordans Road, Belleplaine, St Andrew, is accused of murdering Rahim Ward sometime between August 23 and 30, 2019. Ward’s remains were found in an area close to St Andrew’s Parish Church graveyard. (SD)
