The Berth 6 expansion project at Bridgetown Port aims to accommodate larger cargo ships and cruise vessels, with a $108 million investment from the Government. The project also includes the removal of coral and implementation of a water quality monitoring plan. Minister Gooding-Edghill hopes to attract more cruise ship traffic and foster growth in the cruise tourism industry in Barbados.
