Barbadian track star Sade Williams toppled her national record in the 200 metres at the GC Foster Classic in Spanish Town, Jamaica last night.
She clocked 22.59 seconds in the event to take the top spot ahead of Jamaica’s Natasha Morrison (23.53s) and Tina Clayton (23.65).
Her new time erases 22.61 which she set in 2016 to qualify for the Rio Olympics at the Barbados Secondary School Championships.
