November 12, 2023
The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) has temporarily taken offline facilities in certain areas due to ongoing inclement weather. They apologize for any inconvenience and are providing water tanker assistance to affected customers.
The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) says it has been forced to take the facilities supplying residents of some St George, St John and St Philip areas offline on Sunday due to continued inclement weather.
The BWA was also forced to take the facilities offline on Saturday.
The BWA says the adjustments made to reduce the number of affected customers will remain in place.
The Authority will continue to assist any customers affected by water outages via water tanker as a temporary measure.
