Probyn Street in The City to undergo resurfacing starting June 3, 2024, as part of Ministry of Transport and Works' Accelerated Mill and Pave Programme. Road closures in effect, alternate routes advised.
Probyn Street in The City will be resurfaced from tonight, Monday, June 3, 2024 under the Ministry of Transport and Works Accelerated Mill and Pave Programme.
The C. O. Williams Construction Team will carry out the milling and paving between 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., for approximately two days.
Local and emergency access will be granted, road users are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid delays. Traffic from Fairchild Street will be directed towards River Road and motorists from Independence Square will proceed onto The Wharf Road.
Motorists are kindly asked to obey signage and directions given by flag persons and proceed through construction zones with extreme caution.
