Police are seeking the public's help in locating Tyshawn Kemani Watts, a 13-year-old from Stroud Land, St Philip. Please contact the District 'C' Police Station or Crime Stoppers with any information.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tyshawn Kemani Watts, 13 years, of Stroud Land, St Philip.
He left home about 8:45 p.m. on December 1, 2023 and has not been seen or heard from since.
Watts is five feet, nine inches (5’9”) tall, of slim built and dark complexion. He has a long head, black hair, thin eyebrows, small brown eyes, long oval face and a dent in the forehead.
He wears glasses, has a high forehead, small bold nose, small ears, thin lips, pointed chin, short thin neck, square shoulders, long arms, bowed legs, and an erect appearance.
Watts speaks in a drawl, with a deep voice. He has a pleasant manner is in the habit of biting his fingernails. He frequents Congo Road, Windwards, St. Philip; Boarded Hall, St George; and The Pine, St Michael.
