A 27-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Vere Hoyte, who was killed on January 9.
Brian O’Neal Hurley of Brathwaite Gap, Sion Hill, St James, was formally charged by Police for the fatal shooting.
Hurley is also facing two additional charges—endangering the life of Omar Hamilton and use of a firearm—arising from the same incident.
He appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the District ‘E’ Magistrate Court today, Monday, March 17, and was remanded to Dodds Prison until Monday, April 14. (TBPS)
